Camping Labor Day Weekend

Kevin and I went camping over Labor day weekend up American fork canyon. Our original plan was to go to Moab, but the weather was supposed to be bad, and we didn't want to drive all the way down there and get rained out. We had a so much fun anyway!! On Friday night we went with Pete, Hayley, Vance, Karen & T-money. We made Tinfoil dinners in the fire and roasted marshmallows for s'mores. The next day Karen and Vance made us the yummiest breakfast. We had scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, pastries, and OJ. Then we helped them pack up and they went fishing, and went home. Kevin and I went kayaking down the Provo river. At first it was a little crazy because we didn't know how to row, and we were going in circles until we finally figured in out. It was a lot of fun. Then we went back up the canyon and camped on Saturday night. It was a good little get away! We love camping and want to make it a tradition in our family.
